Ms.Dhanya, an HR and Marketing specialist is the Hospital Administrator. Her passion and experience in the USA, UK, and India have helped in the successful management of NeuroZone. She has served in different roles including Medical Clerkship Admin in the University of Florida, Gainesville, Marketing & HR roles in New York, and HR Admin in UK to name a few.

Her experience in UK & USA, coupled with her principles and values has helped her in leaving no stone unturned to ensure the highest standards in service quality at NeuroZone.

Her dedication to the system wide implementation of cleanliness, efficiency, and timely service has given NeuroZone, the title of the best hospital in Mysore for efficiency. Her pleasant demeanor and commitment have helped NeuroZone to achieve excellent Patient value for satisfaction. Our positive satisfaction rates from patients have exceeded our expectations mainly due to the hard work of her management.
Over the years, she has also built her forte in Strategic HR including building and implementing right Corporate policies, mapping business competencies by developing appropriate metrics and bringing in the organizational change whenever deemed fit. This is an art she picked up in her previous roles as an HR professional, where she oversaw recruitment, training and development and performance management of Doctors, Interns, Nurses, and support staff.

Her ability to manage crises during the recent COVID-19 pandemic was laudable. She kept herself and her team highly motivated through the situation to efficiently deliver services during difficult times.
